Brian J. Smith has been practicing criminal defense for over 30 years...not as a prosecutor, but as a defense attorney.  He has successfully defended thousands of cases and hundreds of trial matters.  In his long and distinguished career he has defended matters ranging from complex litigation, homicide cases, Federal matters to DUIs and everything in between.
