Drug Ring Bust Involving 24 High School Students

24 high school students have been arrested during a raid on an alleged drug ring during school hours.

7 of the students allegedly had switchblade knives, marijuana, cocaine, Ecstasy or hydrocodone in their possession.

The students were from two different high schools; Vista De Lago High School in Moreno Valley and Elsinore High School in Wildomar.

Twelve students were arrested at each school. Many of the arrests occurred during morning classes.

All the juveniles taken into custody were transported to Juvenile Hall in Riverside.
