Yvette Ordaz, a 19-year-old woman, was being monitored by surveillance after the police were notified by a concerned parent that Ordaz was allegedly selling marijuana to minors.
Ordaz was arrested after Irvine police watched her buy medical marijuana from a Costa Mesa dispensary. Then the police said they watched Ordaz sell the marijuana to two adult men and then a 16 year old high school student.
Ordaz was arrested at the scene and the minor was issued a citation. The adult buyers were cited for possession of marijuana.
Ordaz was booked at the Orange County Jail on charges of transportation and sales of marijuana, and a third charge for selling marijuana to a minor.
These drug charges are serious and can result in years of imprisonment and that is why an experienced narcotics defense attorney is required.
